6 QUICK STEPS TO GETTING THINGS DONE

There are 1440 minutes is every day, that's 10,080 minutes a week.

What are you doing within that time to shape your future and improve your health?

Communications regulator Ofcom said UK adults spend an average of eight hours and 41 minutes a day on media devices, compared with the average night's sleep of eight hours and 21 minutes.

Almost four hours a day are spent watching TV according to Ofcom's survey of 2,800 UK adults and children.

With that said, how many hours do you spend a week working on your goals?

Here's 6 quick steps to help you ...

FOR TODAY

1. Make a quick list of 6 things you must get done today. Start with the one you really need to do but don't want to. Once that's done move on to the 'quick wins' and after that tick off one by one.

FOR YOUR FUTURE

2. Think about where you want to be in a year's time 3. Is it realistic & achievable 4. How can it be measured & what are your timeframes 5. What smaller goals will get you there & timeframes 6. What steps need to be taken for each 'mini' goal

Now you have a plan to get you there with associated timeframes and smaller manageable chuncks to get you on your way! Now set some reminders in your calendar to keep you focused and on track.
