6 WEEK BEGINNER POLE COURSES
Our 6-week beginner course is designed for absolute newcomers to pole. You’ll learn foundational spins, transitions, climbs, and conditioning in a supportive, judgment-free space. Each week builds your strength and confidence, whilst focusing on safety and proper technique. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to link moves together into short combos — and discover just how fun and empowering pole can be!

Can’t choose just one? With our Any 3 Mix & Match offer, you get the freedom to try any 3 of our classes, your way. If you want just aerial, just pole, or a mix of all, this offer gives you the flexibility to do so. Pick any three classes, mix them however you like, and discover a whole new way to move!

Please make sure you arrive in plenty of time, you will need to complete the full instructor led warmup, if this is missed, you won't be able to take part in the class. This is to ensure your muscles are warm and to help prevent injury.
All rings, watches and bracelet must be removed to prevent damage to our equipment.

WHAT IS PIZZA & PLAY
Pizza & play is open to AJF monthly members and regulars. Throughout the evening, we’ll mix between aerial and pole in a fun, mini–workshop style format, with the option for open collaborative training, content creation for those wanting to, group play session & social.
