There are two stages to booking your class:
Step 1: pick your membership / class package
Step 2 : Register for classes via the class schedule

Those marked with a star are suitable for beginners.

Please note open training is ONLY open to those who have been to classes at AJF and been signed off by an instructor for open training. Please contact Amanda (info@ajfitness.co.uk) if you are new to AJF and interested in open training.

For Intermediate & advanced classes please check our pre-reqs listed in the class discription. If you are unsure of your level please drop us an email.
All sessions are strictly pre-book and pre-pay. Strict 48hr notice cancellation policy. All sessions and packs are non refundable & non transferable.
Failure to arrive on time for your session may result in you being turned away without refund or exchange. This is for your own safety to ensure a full instructor led warm up. Please allow plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
