January 2023, new year, new start, new aerial studio
CLOSURE OF LIFE
This month will see the permanent closure of the doors at LIFE Elstree, which whilst it is a great shame, you can still benefit from all of the individual areas that were running.
Kay will be opening a Body Pump and Spin studio.
Dan will be opening a Rebourne gym facility.
We at AJFitness will be back doing our thing from our new aerial facility
OUR NEW HOME
This week we collected the keys and renovations began. We will have our very own space complete with an aerial studio, seperate dance/yoga studio, members chill out area and treatment room. The studio is a short drive from LIFE Elstree – if you know the Morrisons or Topps Tiles on Stirling way, Borehamwood/ A1 our new space is tucked in by them! WD6 2FR
CHRISTMAS TIMETABLE
We will breakup for Christmas on the 16th December 2022 at LIFE Elstree, with new classes starting back at our new AJF studio on the 9th January 2023.
121s will be available throughout, just contact your instructor to arrange.

END OF YEAR DRINKS 15-12-22
With LIFEs closure and the new studio renovations, we will not be doing our usual end of year feast this December. Instead, classes on the 15th December will be moved a touch earlier and we have reserved an area at Bageecha (2mins from LIFE) for us all to have a little get together. The whole of the AJF gang are welcome. If you do plan on attending, please add your name here, so I have an idea of numbers.
We will instead do a slightly belated opening celebration around the end of Jan.
END OF YEAR SHOWCASE 11-12-22
What a year it’s been!! We opened LIFE with our 2021 showcase which was absolutely epic and we will be marking our closing at LIFE in the same fashion – a good old celebration of 2022s hard work and dedication! We have a number of performances, with a mix of styles, abilities and disciplines, and we cannot wait to see each and every one of them! Make sure you've got your ticket!

JANUARY TIMETABLE
Our January timetable will not see any changes to the current classes. 2023 will see the return of some old favourites, such as spinny and pole choreo, as well as the addition of some new classes and the welcoming of some new instructors 😉 more on this to come!
JANUARY PHOTOSHOOT
We will be welcoming the super talented David J Harrison for two dates in January for a neon shoot – check out his work as his pictures offer something a little bit different – and a perfect was to document and celebrate your pole & aerial journey.
There are still spaces for our aerial shoot on the 22nd Jan, to book, head to the 22/01 on teamup and select your timeslot.
NOTE these spaces are reserved for AJF class attendees and 121s ONLY. If you want to go on the pole shoot waiting list, please let us know and we will do our best to secure some more spaces.
