Both studios are step free, have their own free carparks directly outside. Closest Train link : Elstree & Borehamwood.
Please check your class location on TeamUp in advance. Typically Monday evenings are at 442 and all other classes at our main location, however there are exceptions to this. For the most up to date info, see our booking system which will clearly state the location.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your class start time, to be class ready for your full instructor led warmup. If you miss the full warm up, for safety reasons, you will be unable to take part in the class.

Our facilities are step free, have disabled access, free parking, are close to all bus roots and our main venue is a short walk from Elstree & Borehamwood station. There are toilets, changing facility and kitchenette for water refills.
PARKING - BROOK CLOSE - PLEASE READ
If attending our main venue, please use the carparks as you turn into Brook Close (ones with barriers). No space, please feel free to block in your fellow attendees as everyone will be an AJF attendee.
There is also FREE parking after 6.30pm at Meadow Park carpark WD6 5HJ - This is on the road before you pull in to our slip road.
There is also PAY AND DISPLAY carparking in the carpark adjacent to our building - Natwest House (£2 for 4hrs).
ENTERING THE STUDIO
Walk round to the left of the building, you'll see a door in front of you and a door to the right. The door to the right will take you to the studio. As you come in, there may be a class finishing up or your instructor setting up equipment. Please remove shoes and head to the snug - it's a little room for members ahead of class to chill, chat and leave coats and shoes. Your instructor will come and introduce themselves ahead of the class.

There is a large bathroom for changing and a hot and cold water fountain for water refills.

There is free street and bay parking directly outside and on surrounding roads.
ENTERING THE STUDIO
The door may be locked if a class is on-going and will be opened once cool down has begun. If a class is on-going, we do ask you wait in your cars or wait outside to minimise class disruption. We do ask that shoes are removed on entry into the building and your instructor will come and introduce themselves ahead of the class starting.
