HOW TO BOOK

NO EXCUSES NOVEMBER (ONLINE FITNESS PLAN)

This plan will push you to stay motivated and active throughout the dark and cold lockdown nights.

 

You will require a skype account and access to Facebook for our daily accountability challenge. You must register for the classes you wish to attend on team up, and classes will run through skype.

For the daily challenge you will be added to a private Facebook group, where you must provide evidence to show completion of each activity, failure to do so, will result in you being removed from the Facebook group. This is to keep you on track and accountable.

 

We suggest taking before and after pictures of : you - front, back and side on - your splits - both sides - You'll also be asked to note down a few exercises to see where you are at at, at the beginning and at the end.

FACE TO FACE CLASSES

To book your face to face class, head to the timetable & select your class. All classes are bookable PAYG or via a class pack.

Monthly memberships will remain on hold until early next year.

All classes are strictly pre-book and pre-pay and students must familiarise themselves with our COVID policy prior to booking. 

Once booked you class is NON transferable and NON refundable, so please do not ask.
