OUR TEAM IS EXPANDING

As you may have already seen and experienced, our gym space is under new management!


REBOURNE have revamped the programme with 9 new Functional Fitness classes added to the weekly schedule. From Strength and Skill, to METCON and weekend TEAMs training – Dan, James and Tom are ready to welcome you to your next class!


GROUP EX - WE'VE MADE SOME CHANGES!


Group Ex covers all non gym and non aerial classes at LIFE. This includes our spin studio, LIFE Studio and now Boxing Academy too!

Following member feedback we have brought back Pilates with Alexis, at the new time of 6.45pm on a Wednesday and added some new classes such as COMBAT, Legs Bums & Tums, HIIT & Body Blast.

We will also be welcoming Charlotte and Taylor to the Group Ex team. Charlotte will be bring you a midmorning HIIT, as well as Legs, Bums and Tums. Taylor will be launching his new Body Blast programme.

Group Exercise is open to all, PAYG, via a class pack or included as part of your LIFE UNLIMITED & Group Ex memberships. And for new members we will be offering your first month half price, if you sign up before the start of April (available on Group Ex membership only). DENNIS SANTOS


He came to LIFE, keen as mustard, under the influence of his wife, Lili, and since then has set his sights on changing his own life around.


He has gone from strength to strength, literally jumping in at the deep end, taking all classes by the horns. Over the past few weeks his dedication has been second to none as Dennis tried his hand at new concepts, and disciplines. I’m sure we’re not the only ones who have noticed a transformation, not only physically, but also in his energy levels !

A huge congratulations to our member of the month - Dennis Santos. Speak to the Team to collect a free goodie from the snacks fridge ;)

TOP TIPS : BETTER BALANCED DIET

  • Stay hydrated – Drink 1-2 litres of water per day

  • Eat your 5 a day of fruit & veg

  • Starchy carbohydrates – wholegrains, wholewheat & brown rice

  • Eat fish x2 per week

  • Try to include some beans & pulses in your diet.

  • Cut down on saturated fat & sugar

  • Eat less salt

  • Become more active

  • Have healthier snacks

  • Don’t skip breakfast

  • Manage your portion size!

  • LEANER- choose leaner cuts of meat & poultry

  • LOWER- go for lower fat, salt & sugar products: especially dairy & starchy carbohydrates

  • LESS- use less oils & spreads. Choose foods high in fat, salt & sugar less often

  • Always refer to food labels where possible: HIGH,MEDUIM,LOW

  • Try to pick products with more greens & ambers & fewer reds.
