The UK Chief Medical Officers have raised the risk in the UK from Low to Moderate and we are therefore issuing the below updated guidance. International Travel Advice If you are a returning traveller to the UK from the below destinations;

·Hubei province in China in the last 14 days, ·Iran, since 19th February · Lockdown areas in northern Italy (in Lombardy: Codogno, Castiglione d’Adda, Casalpusterlengo, Fombio, Maleo, Somaglia, Bertonico, Terranova dei Passerini, Castelgerundo and San Fiorano, Veneto: Vo’ Euganeo), since 19th February · Special care zones in South Korea (Daegu, Cheongdo), since 19th February

Even if you do not have symptoms, immediately call 111 for further medical advice. You should NOT COME TO CLASS and should self-isolate for 14 days. If you are a returning traveller to the UK from the below destinations;

·Other parts of mainland China or South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan or Thailand in the last 14 days ·Other parts of northern Italy (anywhere north of Pisa, Florence and Rimini), Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar or Vietnam since 19th February

and are showing symptoms of a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath, (even if your symptoms are mild) you should immediately call NHS 111 for further medical advice. You should then contact Amanda & should not be attending class and self-isolate for 14 days.

General Advice Please do take the time to consider your travel plans. If they are non-essential then consider if needed. As a reminder, regularly wash your hands, clean your equipment, catch your coughs and sneezes and use hand sanitiser.
